What services does Usul Creative Solutions offer?
We offer resume writing, LinkedIn optimisation, cover letter writing, website design and development, SEO services, branding kits, website care plans, and Google Business Profile setup and optimisation. Each service has defined packages with listed inclusions and exclusions.
Are all services available to everyone?
Yes. All listed public services are available to individuals and small businesses. Service availability may be subject to slot capacity. Check the relevant service page for current availability notes.
Can I purchase more than one service?
Yes. You may purchase services separately. Combo packages are available for some career services. Contact us if you have a multi-service requirement.
How is pricing structured?
Each service has clearly listed package pricing. Prices are displayed before payment. GST, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. No hidden fees.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is accepted through the official payment gateway listed at checkout. We do not accept personal UPI transfers, cash, or payments through any associate or third party.
When does work begin?
Work begins after payment is confirmed through the official gateway and a sufficient intake form has been submitted. Work does not begin on promise of payment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment options, if available, will be listed on the relevant package page. No informal instalment arrangements are made outside the official checkout process.
How does intake work?
After payment confirmation, you receive a service-specific intake form through the official channel. Complete it accurately. The more complete and accurate your intake, the better your deliverable.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines are listed on each service page as estimates. Timelines are subject to intake quality, current workload, and scope. Complex or incomplete intake may affect timelines.
What is the delivery format?
Deliverables are sent through the official communication channel in the formats stated on the service page. File format details are listed per service.
How many revision rounds are included?
Revision rounds are listed per package. Standard packages typically include one or two rounds. Executive and premium packages include more. Revision scope is limited to the original brief.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a change or correction to the existing deliverable based on the original intake brief. A new requirement, change of direction, or additional scope is not a revision.
What is the refund policy?
The refund policy is detailed in the Refund and Cancellation Policy page. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service. Read the full policy before purchasing.
Are refunds available after work has started?
Refund eligibility after work commencement is limited and subject to the terms in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Contact us through official channels if you have a concern.
Do you guarantee job placements or interviews?
No. We do not guarantee job placements, interview calls, selection, salary increases, or any employment outcome. A professional resume or LinkedIn profile improves your presentation. It cannot control hiring decisions.
Do you guarantee website traffic, ranking, or leads?
No. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volume, lead generation, sales, or business growth from any website or SEO service. Search engine behaviour is controlled by third parties outside our scope.
Do you guarantee Google Business Profile approval or visibility?
No. Google controls all aspects of GBP including verification, approval, suspension, ranking, and review display. We improve the foundation. We cannot guarantee any Google platform outcome.
How is my data handled?
Your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service. Read the Privacy Policy before submitting your intake.
Will my information be shared with third parties?
Personal information submitted through intake is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. Third-party tools used in service delivery may process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
